The Paleokastritsa Shore Excursion is the best option for those who want to visit the amazing Paleokastritsa Bay from Corfu Port and the Corfiot countryside in a few hours’ panoramic drive. In this 5 and a half hour shore excursion, you will have enough time to discover and enjoy the famous caves and beaches of Paleokastritsa Bay, swim, admire the bay from the top of the hill, and taste the most famous Greek and Corfiot products such as kumquat liqueur and sweets, olive oil, bread, marmalade, honet, olives, tapenade, and many more!

The first stop of the Paleokastritsa Shore Excursion will be directly by the beach. Two and a half hours to enjoy swimming, renting a boat to visit the caves, or hiking up to Paleokastritsa Monastery.

After the leisure time in Paleokastritsa Bay, the tour will continue with a photo-stop of Paleokastritsa Bay from Lakones village, one of the best views in the World!
This is one of the places you cannot miss if you want to discover the wonders of Corfu, the island of the Phaeacians. Relax your eyes and take the best photos of your trip at the stop in the small village of Lakones, where there’s also time for a quick coffee if you’d like.
This relaxing Paleokastritsa shore excursion will continue to drive you among olive groves and lovely landscapes until we reach To Kratsalo viewpoint.

This spot is very close to Pantokrator Mountain. If the weather is favourable, from here you can see the North Coast of Corfu, with Sidari and small villages, the impressive mountain tops of Albania, and even the Old Town, the two fortresses, and the port.
Right here, you can also visit a local shop where the kind staff will invite you to taste kumquat and lemoncello liquors, Greek ouzo, olives, sweets, marmalades, candy, and Corfiot olive oil with fresh bread.
Corfu has a long tradition of producing sweets of Venetian origin, as well as liqueurs made from the kumquat fruit, introduced to the island by the British in the 19th century.
Furthermore, there are 4 million olive trees on the island, so olive oil production is essential to the economy and gastronomy of the inhabitants.
These and other traditional products will be available for free to taste, or if you wish to purchase them, at the small shop located right at the viewpoint.

The departure times are at 09:30 or 14:30 from Corfu Port. Let us know your ship’s name and arrival date, and we will confirm availability and the departure time.
